摘  要:理论分析陶瓷刚玉砂带的磨损特征,研究影响磨削性能发挥的根本原因是由于单个磨粒切刃的法向接触压力过小,钝化的微晶磨粒不能及时破碎脱落,削弱了砂带的自锐作用。在对比试验的基础上,进一步研究恒压力磨削中影响陶瓷刚玉砂带磨削性能发挥的主要因素。试验结果表明,采用较大的法向压力或适当增大磨削速度等磨削参数,可以高效发挥陶瓷刚玉砂带的磨削性能。The fragmentized characteristics of ceramic corundum abrasive belt are analyzed in theory. A comprehensive understanding of the reason of low grinding efficiency of belt, which the vertical contact pressure of single grain is so little, that the worn grains can' t break up and fall off in time and belt's self-sharp ability is reduced, is found out. On the basis of contrastive experiments, further research on the relationship between grinding capability and main factors in constant pressure grinding type is done. The results indicate that increasing the vertical pressure or grinding speed is beneficial to the grinding process of ceramic corundum abrasive belt.
