摘 要:永磁电机的关键是磁体,电机的设计和性能随所使用的磁体而变化,目前绝大多数的永磁电机使用烧结铁氧体,用高性能烧结NdFeB磁体的仅占高端电机的一部分,主要原因是铁氧体和NdFeB两者间的价格差距太大。2003年日本爱知制钢向市场推出各向异性NdFeB磁粉制备的粘结磁体——MAGFINE,并配套地开发了批量生产辐射取向磁环的成型压机,专门开发了丰田汽车用的几种款式的电机,特别是用在最新的混合动力型汽车上,电机工作稳定,性能良好,人们最担心的工作温度稳定性问题也已解决。总之,此项工作的进展,在电机领域引起不小的轰动。首先介绍各向异性磁粉、粘结磁体的性能和工艺,然后着重介绍用MAGFINE磁环制备的几款电机,并将其与原来采用烧结铁氧体磁瓦或烧结NdFeB磁体的电机性能进行比较。Magnet is the key part of permanent magnet motor. Both motor design and its performance are much different depending on the used magnets. Sintered ferrite is used for most current motors. The sintered NdFeB magnets are used only for part of motors with high performances, due to the big price gap between the ferritc and NdFeB material. The newly developed MAGFINE anisotropic bonded magnets has been introduced into market since 2003 by Aiehi Steel Corporation. An automatic press for molding ring magnets with radial orientation has been developed ,as well, which is much helpful for the popularization of MAGFINE. Several motors with excellent performances using MAGFINE have been developed specially for Toyota's hybrid ear. They passed all tests including temperature stability at 150℃. The success in this area caused a sensation throughout the worldl This paper introduces first the properties and technology of anisotropic NdFeB powder and anisotropic bonded magnets, and then the MAGFINE development and motors using MAGFINE.
