摘　　要：首先介绍了山西电力会议电视系统建设情况,该系统建设可分为省到地高清晰会议电视系统、地到县H.320和H.323混合组网的会议电视系统及省至地、县的高清晰、H.320、H.323混合组网的会议电视系统;其次从会议终端、会议方式、时钟方式等方面介绍了山西会议电视系统组网技术特点及功能;最后,提出了所存在的问题和利用流媒体、NGN技术进行会议电视系统建设的方案设想。The paper introduces the constructing status of Shanxi electric power videoconference system at first, this system includes some high definition videoconference systems of province and region, some videoconference systems of region and county that blen- ded H. 320 and H. 323, and some videoconference systems of province, region and county based on blending high definition, H. 320 and H. 323. Secondly, introduces the characteristic and function of the system constructing. Finally puts forward problems of the system and system reconstruct plan using stream media and NGN.
