摘  要:目的采用连续顺序追踪超声法诊断胎儿肢体畸形,探讨胎儿肢体畸形的特点。方法对行常规产前超声检查者采用连续顺序追踪超声法逐一检查,记录全部畸形胎儿,将产前超声诊断结果与引产或产后结果对照。结果8年间共检查出19例胎儿肢体畸形,共分为8类,涉及肢体的90处。对称性四肢短小、肢体缺如、手足内、外翻等最为常见。与产后结果比较,除2例失访2例漏诊了伴发的其它系统的畸形外,其余产前诊断均得到证实。结论连续顺序追踪超声检查是诊断胎儿肢体畸形的有效方法。Objective To explore the characteristics of fetal limbs malformations using systematic continuous sequence approach (SCSA). Methods The fetuses were checked using SCSA on ultrasonography (USG) ,the limb malformations were recorded and the results of USG were compared with the results acquired after lahor or induced labor. Results 19 fetuses with deformed limbs which involved 90 abnormalities and could be classified 8 types. Symmetrical short limbs, limb deficiencies, clubhands and clubfeet were the common limb malformations. Except other system malformation in two case didnt be diagnosed ,all the deformed limbs finded by SCSA were proved after labor or induced labor. Conclusion SCSA is an effective prenatal ultrasonographic diagnostic modality for fetal deformed limbs.
