摘　　要：目的探讨腹部轴型皮瓣在外阴缺损重建中的应用。方法分别应用腹壁下动脉为蒂的脐旁皮瓣和腹壁浅动脉、旋髂浅动脉为蒂的腹壁皮瓣重建外阴3例,其中2例应用双侧皮瓣,1例应用单侧皮瓣。结果皮瓣成活良好,随访1～3年,重建外阴外形满意。结论以腹壁下动脉为蒂和以腹壁浅动脉、旋髂浅动脉为蒂的腹部轴型皮瓣适合于外阴缺损的重建。Objective To explore the application of the abdominal axial flap in the of reconstruction vulvar. Methods Vulvae of 3 eases, were reconstructed by the umbilical - by flap predicled with inferior epigastric vessel and abdominal flap predicled with superficial epigastrie or superficial circumflex vessels. Among them, two flaps were used in the same patient in 2 cases, one flap was used in 1 case. Results The flaps survived in all eases. All of the eases were fllowed up for 1 year to 3 years and achieved satisfactory result. Conclusion Abdominal axial flaps predieled with inferior epigastrie vessel and with superficial epigastric or superficial circumflex vessels are suitable for vulvar reconstruction.
