摘  要:分析了静电印花的研究现状和发展趋势,对静电印花与喷墨印花进行了比较。试验了三种制备墨粉的方法,即球磨机球磨破碎法、喷雾干燥法和气流粉碎机粉碎法;对每一种方法制备出的静电印花墨粉的粒径及形态进行了测试分析。结果表明,喷雾干燥法墨粉粒径分布窄,在20μm之内,且表面光滑,粒径、形态与普通商品墨粉接近,是一种方便而性能优良的制备方法。This paper reviews the developing status, foreground and some problems of xerographic printing, as well as the difference between the xerographic and digital printing. Three methods are adopted to prepare the toner including ball milling, spray drying and pneumatic jet milling. Particle size and its morphology are determined respectively. Results show that size distribution prepared by spray drying is narrowest within 20 μm, and its morphology is orbicular merely, which is very similar to that of commercial toner. It is a simple method to prepare the toner with excellent properties.
