摘 要:目的:探讨脂质(甘油三酯、总胆固醇)和脂蛋白(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)在癌形成中的作用。方法:测定56例癌症患者和27例健康对照血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和脂质过氧化终末产物丙二醛(MDA,以此作为脂质过氧化程度标志)浓度。结果:癌症患者TG、TC、LDL-C明显高于对照组,P值均<0.01,同时伴HDL-C(P=0.000)下降。但胃癌患者HDL-C(P=0.085)和结肠癌患者TG(P=0.655)与健康对照无差异。脂质过氧化产物MDA癌症组明显高于对照组(P=0.000),且各癌肿均比对照组高。结论:脂质和脂蛋白可能在癌症形成过程中起着重要作用。Objective:To study the role of lipid(triglyceride and total cholesterol) and lipoprotcin(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) in gastrointestinal tract cancer patients. Methods:The serum triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and lipid peroxidation end-product malondialdehyde(MDA, as a marker of lipid peroxidation degree) were measured in 56 gastrointestinal tract cancer patients and 27 healthy controis. Results:Compared to the healthy controls,the serum TC,TG and LDL-C in cancer group were higher (all P〈0.01) while HDL-C decreased (P=0.000).L/pid peroxidation end-product MDA was found to be significantly elevated in all cancer patients compared with that in the healthy contrels(P=0.000), but HDL-C in the gastric cancer patients(P=0.085) and TG in the colonic cancer patients(P=0.655) were no significant difference as the date were analysed by ANOVA. Conclusion:The results suggest that lipid and/or lipoprotein may play important role in carcinogenesis.
