摘　　要：目的观察阿魏酸钠对老年早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用。方法将40例伴有微量白蛋白尿的2型老年糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组(RTG组)和阿魏酸钠治疗组(SFG组),进行治疗观察。结果与治疗前比较,SFG组UAER及尿ET均显著降低(P<0.01),并且脂质代谢紊乱亦有改善;而RTG组UAER与尿ET治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠具有降低DN患者肾脏尿微量白蛋白的排泄和改善脂代谢的作用,其机制可能与拮抗ET与其受体结合有关。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate used to treat early stage diabetic nephropathy （DN） in aged patients. Method Forty old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with minimal albuminuria were divided randomly into common treatment group（CTG） and sodium ferulate group（SFG） and were observed the therapeutic effects.Results Urine albunfin excretion rate（UAER） and urine endothelin （ET） in SFG decreased significantly compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and lipid metabolic disturbance improved, whereas those in CTG decreased not significantly（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate has the action of decreasing excretion of urine minimal albumin and improving fipid metabolism; its mechanism may be associated with blocking the binding of ET to its receptor.
