摘  要:目的探讨带浅静脉干逆行局部皮瓣早期微血管密度的变化特点以指导临床实践。方法应用生物体视学技术测量带静脉干皮瓣微血管体积密度,结合组织学观察,与不带静脉干皮瓣作对照比较。结果带静脉干皮瓣微血管密度整体水平高于不带静脉干皮瓣。临床应用17例,皮瓣成活良好。结论浅静脉干的存在有利于皮瓣的血管化进程,保留浅静脉干对皮瓣成活有利。Objective To study the effects of superficial venous trunk (SVT)and its norishing vessels on revascularization in reverseflow random flaps early in the transplantation, providing theoretical evidences for clinical applications. Methods The morphologic changes of micrangium in reverse - flow random flaps with SVT and without SVT were observed by using optical microscopy and stereological methods. Resuits (1)The micrangium density in skin flaps with SVT and without SVT tended to increas on 3rd day after operation. On 5,7 and 10th days after operation, the mierangium densities in skin flaps with SVT were higher than those without SVT. There was significant difference between the two groups, which was also proved by the optical icroscopy. (2)Such flaps have been used in 17 cases, all of which succeeded and no one failed. Conclusion SVT and its norishing vessels promote the revascularization of the flap early in the transplantation, and is of benefit to the survival of reverse - flow random flap.
