摘　　要：论述了现代图书馆搭建起良好的通信平台的重要性,分析和对比了现代通信工具的优点与缺点,提出了一套适用于现代图书馆通信平台的通信工具。This paper discusses on the importance of establishing the good communication flafform by the modem library, analyzes on and compares the advantagesand disadvantages of the modem communication tools, anti puts forward a set of communication tools that are suitable to communication flafform of the modern library.
