摘　　要：分析了现代技术环境下图书馆人力资源的状况和对图书馆人才的要求,并就新型图书馆人力资源的培养策略进行了探讨。This paper analyzes on the present conditions of library＇s human resources and the requirements for libraries＇ talents under the modem technical environment, and probes into the measures for cultivating the human resources of the new-type libraries.
