摘　　要：探讨了我国职务结构比例标准建设工作中存在的问题,提出了改革我国职务结构比例标准及其建设工作的基本设想。This paper probes into the problems existing in the construction work of our country＇s post-structural proportion standard, and puts forward some basic presumptions of reforming our country＇s post-structural proportion standard and its construction work.
