摘　　要：介绍江苏高等教育数字图书馆(JALIS)项目8年来的基本建设状况,分析江苏高校在数字化建设中的主要需求与矛盾,并就JALIS对江苏高校图书馆数字化建设的有序推进、技术与标准规范的推行、本地服务系统建设、整体化理念下催生的服务框架等方面产生的影响进行论述。This paper introduces the construction situation of JALIS over the last 8 years, then it analyzes the main problems of university libraries in Jiangsu Province. The article demonstrates that the development of the university digital libraries need be developed step by step with the application of the construction standards, the construction of local systems, and the service framework of the digital libraries as well.
