摘　　要：文章综述了我国水污染的现状和水质监测的进展情况,对目前水质监测的站网、监测项目、监测方法进行了总结,阐述了传统及非传统水质监测技术的发展,分析了存在的一些问题,同时提出了相应的对策.最后提出其未来的发展方向.Condition of water pollution and surface water quality monitoring are summarized in this paper. Also the station and net, monitoring items, monitoring measures are introduced. The situation getting on each water monitoring technology is narrated and problems in water monitoring are analyzed. In the end the paper brings forward its correspond countermeasures and prospective development direction.
