摘  要:阐述了一种新型机构——行星分度凸轮机构Ⅳ型结构的传动原理,根据共轭齿廓形成原理推导了凸轮理论廓线和实际廓线方程,分析了凸轮理论廓线连续和对称的条件,得出如下结论:Ⅳ型结构不需要输出机构,从而减少了输出环节,结构比较简单,可提高分度精度,并可以实现整周式分度;可采用不对称双环式结构来克服死点位置,其相位角φ为(π-2π/n);凸轮理论廓线连续的条件为在一个间歇运动周期中,机构的平均传动比为-n。A new type of planetary indexing cam mechanisms called type Ⅳ is presented. The transmission principle of type Ⅳ is discussed. Based on the forming principle of conjugate tooth contour, the equations of the cain's pitch curve are derived. The continuity and symmetry of the cain's pitch curve is also analyzed. It can be concluded that: This type has no output institution so the output precision can be improved; asymmetrical two-ring structure is used to overcome dead point and its phase angle is (π-2π/n) ; The condition that the cain's pith curve is continuous is that the average driver ratio is -n in an intermittent motion period.
