摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊切除术中变异胆管的处理方法。方法回顾性分析40例胆囊切除术中的变异胆管手术处理的临床资料。结果40例变异胆管病例经适当手术处理后痊愈出院。术后未发现有异发症。讨论熟悉胆道解剖结构,辨认清变异胆管,根据不同情况采取合适手术方法,可取得较好效果。Objective To study the therapeutic methods of variant bile duct during cholecystectomy. Methods From January 1994 to January 2004, 40 cases with variant bile duct received operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results 40 cases variant bile duct were cured to discharge from hospital. No postoperative complications were found. Conclusion For taking a good surgical result, it is very important to know the anatomical structure of biliary tract, discriminate variant bile duct and adopt suitable surgical procedure according to different condition.
