福州地区吸毒人员滥用毒品的现状调查

摘　　要：〔目的〕对福州地区吸毒人员滥用毒品情况进行调查研究,为禁毒工作提供科学的参考资料。〔方法〕对2558名吸毒人员,从人口学特征和滥用毒品情况进行横断面研究。〔结果〕2558名滥用毒品人员使用的毒品为海洛因75.76%(1938/2558),以静脉注射吸毒为主;年龄结构以青少年为主,15￣29岁占43.63%(1116/2558);初中以下文化水平者占多数为85.07%(2176/2558);未婚者多,为55.39%(1417/2558);无业人员多,为75.54%(1932/2558);司机职业占3.83%(98/2558),应以重视。吸毒人员中还检出抗-HIV阳性5例;梅毒47例;HCV阳性178例。〔结论〕滥用毒品是一个复杂的社会问题。也是国际社会关注的重点问题。吸毒与感染艾滋病、性病有着密切的关联性。对吸毒人群必须开展健康教育,提高对社会的责任感,以进一步控制艾滋病、性病等疾病向健康人群传播。Objective To analyze the abusive situation of drug addicts in areas of Fuzhou, and provide reference data to against drug abuse. Methods 2 558 drug addicts＇ demographic characteristic and drug abuse behavior were investigated with the methods of cross-sectional study. Results The narcotic that 2 558 drug addicts taken include heroin, methamphetamine, methylenedioxym and ketamine. The percent of drug addicts who taken Heroin is 75.76 % （1 938/2 558） , which mainly by intravenous injection. All the addicts mainly concentrated in teenager, low educational people （junior middle school graduation） , unmarried,unemployees, drivers, with a prevalence of 43.63 % （1 116/2 558） in group of 15-29years old, 85.07% （2 176/2 558） , 55.39% （1 417/2 558） , 75.54 % （1 932/2 558） , and 3.83% （98/2 558） , there were 5 HIV-Ab positive, 47 syphilis positive and 178 HCV-Ab positive found in the drug addicts. Conclusion Drug abuse is a complex social problem.Drug addicts have the high-risk of infecting and spreading AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases. The decision-making of against drug abuse should be according as the research data of drug abuse status. The healthy education in the drug addicts will improves their social responsibility, and delay the spread of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases from drug addicts to the people.
