企业主导型产学研合作创新模式分析

摘　　要：产学研合作是国家创新体系的重要内容,而企业主导型产学研合作创新体系更是当前深化我国科研体制改革、构建国家创新体系的战略重点,是我国企业在严峻的国际竞争和未来发展中所应对挑战和危机的重要举措。本文从产学研合作创新的成绩、问题和根源入手,分析了企业主导产学研合作创新的原因和表现形式,并在此基础上详细研究了四种近年来在市场经济条件下出现的典型模式和亟需推广的产学研合作创新的模式,为主管政府部门及企业主体都提供了可供操作的决策建议。Production-education-research cooperation is important content of national innovation system. Even more enterprise dominant production-education-research cooperation is the strategy focus to deepen scientific system reform and construct national innovation system, and enterprises use it as a good weapon to face competitive challenge. The paper firstly analyses the achievements, problems and causations of production-education-research cooperation at present. Then the reasons and behaving forms of enterprise dominant production-education-research cooperation are studied. On the basis of these analyses, the paper proposes four representative modes of enterprise dominant production-education-research cooperation emerging these years in market economy conditions. Some operation management suggestions are also provided for government and enterprises.
