摘  要:科技园区技术创新能力是区域经济增长和竞争的决定性因素,其强弱是衡量一个区域技术创新实力的重要尺度。针对此问题,本文在已建立的科技园区技术创新能力评价的指标体系的基础上,结合改进模糊积分评价方法提出了基于模糊积分的科技园区技术创新能力测度与评价的综合评价方法。通过对西部5个地区的科技园区技术创新状况进行实证分析,得出结论,进而为西部各地区政府构建区域创新系统、制定区域发展政策以及有效提高科技园区技术创新能力提供依据。Technological innovation capability of science and technological parks in the west of china is a decisive factor of regional economic growth and competition, whose power is an important measure of weighing regional technological innovation strength. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward a synthetic evaluation method on technological innovation capability of science and technological parks in western China based on fuzzy integral, which is combined with improving fuzzy integral evaluation method and based on established measurement and evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of science and technological parks. In order to provide the basis for government to structure regional innovative system and make regional development policy, we carry through empirical analysis about 5 science and technological parks in western China and draw conclusions.
