莱钢转炉工序节能降耗的实践与探讨

摘　　要：莱钢炼钢厂针对影响转炉工序能耗的问题，提出并实施了一系列技术和管理措施，收到良好的节能效果，炼钢工序能耗逐年降低。为实现转炉工序“负能”炼钢的先进水平，提出了今后节能降耗的新课题。A series of technical and management measures have been put forward and implemented in the light of the problems affecting the converter process energy consumption in the Steelmaking Plant, with which the steelmaking process energy consumption has been lowered continually year by year. In order to attain the advanced level of negative-energy converter steelmaking, the future new projects for saving energy and reducing consumption are worked out.
