摘　　要：通过对蒸汽管道和通入方式进行改造，增加了汽液分离器和调节阀等，蒸汽中的水分减少，压力稳定，布局趋于合理，增强了效果，使混合料的温度达到“露点”温度以上，产质量指标均有不同程度的改善。Through the transformations on the steam pipe and the connection pattern, in which vapour-liquid separator and regulating valve are supplemented, the water content in steam is lowered, the steam pressure keeps stable and the steam tends to distribute reasonably, so that the preheating result is enhanced, making the mixture reach up to above the dew point temperature, improving the indexes of the quality and output of sintered ore.
