6米大容积焦炉快速达产达效实践

摘　　要：焦化厂的6#、5#两座6m焦炉，在后续生产缺焦严峻的形势下，需要尽快达产达效，而行业中尚无此先例。通过系统思考，超越创新；突破传统焦炉管理认识，革新热工管理办法，用严细超常的执行，克服6大瓶颈制约因素，分别实现了8天和6天达产，焦炉指标也迅速达标，并都长期保持了高产稳产，创出了6米大容积焦炉快速达产达效的先例。The No. 6 and No. 5 6m-high chamber coking ovens need attaining designed production capacity and expected profits as soon as possible under the situation of being critical lack of coke in future in consequent production, however there has been no such a precedent. Relying on systematical thinking, surpassing and innovation, we breakthrough the traditional knowledge about coking oven management, change and innovate heat pattern , execute strictly regulations, and overcome six big bottleneck restricting elements, so that the two sets of coke ovens are realized to attain designed production capacity within 8 days and 6 days respectively, meanwhile, they are quickly reached to expected index standards and kept on a long term of high and stable production, creating a precedent of 6m-high chamber＇s quick attaining capacity and profits.
