摘　　要：邓小平是改革开放和现代化建设的总设计师,在长期的行政管理实践基础上形成了一套系统而完整的行政管理思想体系。本文试图通过对邓小平的行政管理实践,行政管理思想的具体内容及其特征进行探析,形成对其行政管理思想的更深入认识,从而更进一步明确和掌握其指导当代中国行政改革的重大意义。As a designer of reform and open door policy and modernization, Deng Xiaoping develops a system of administration thoughts. The thesis tries to understand further the thoughts by analyzing his administrative practice, the specific contents and the characters. Then we can know more clearly and master the significance that has guided Chinese administration reform.
