摘　　要：现代领导艺术是一门综合艺术,是科学性和艺术性的统一。文章从分析诸葛亮挥泪斩马谡这一历史典故入手,对有关领导艺术问题进行了阐述。作为领导,要善于识才和用人,掌握一定的领导技巧,带领下属朝着共同的目标前进,在激烈的市场竞争环境中获取生存和发展的空间。The modem leadership art is a comprehensive art, an unifying science and art. This text dissertate apocalypse about leadership art from a history literary 诸葛亮 cutting 马谡. A leader should be good at knowing and using the person, control some leadership technique, lead the underling to common target, obtain the space of existence and development in the vehement competing market environment.
