人力资本因素对苏北工业化的影响

摘　　要：工业化是一国或地区从落后走向现代化所必经的阶段。纵观苏南、苏中、苏北经济发展的差距,主要体现在工业化发展程度的不同上,苏北地区工业化水平落后原因是复杂的,其中人力资本因素不可忽略。因此提出加大科教投资力度,提高人力资源素质,推进苏北工业化进程。Industrialization is a necessary stage for a country or a region to step into modernization farm a under developed one. According to a survey, the gap of economic development among South Jiangsu, Middle Jiangsu and North Jianhsu mainly embody the differences of degree in industrialized development. The reason why the industrialized level of North Jiangsu lags behind is complicated,however, the factor of human capital is not neglectable. To boost industrialized protess of South Jiangsu, it is necessary to enlarge investment force of science and education and enhance qualities of human capitals.
