摘　　要：阐述了分时度假的含义、起源和发展,在我国发展的前景和所存在问题,提出了相关的对策。The thesis mainly expounds the meaning, origin, development,the prospect of development, and the existing problems in China.Also it proposes measures ton＇elated with solving these existing problems.which aims at promoting the development of timeshare vacation heahhily in China.
