摘　　要：从专业发展的战略高度教育,让教师认识到毕业生就业工作的重要意义,通过深化专业教学改革,大力实施产学合作教育,积极探索对学生综合素质培养工作,从而提高人才培养质量,提高毕业生就业竞争力。The mechanical profession is a traditional major as well as a trunk major in our institute. In recent years, based on the speciality progress strategic, all teachers are educated to realize the important meaning of the employment of the graduated in our mechanical department. Through deepening profession teaching reform, executing the cooperation education of production and study energetically and exploring the culture work of improving college student synthesis disposition, talent culture quality and employment competitive power of the graduated have been increased.
