摘　　要：Portal技术为门户网站建设提供了较为先进的解决方案。着重于从理论与应用的角度,简要介绍了国土资源部门户网站系统的功能设计、技术构架及开发与集成方法,探讨了门户网站系统建设所采用的关键技术以及建设过程中得到的启示和形成的经验。针对国土资源部门户网站系统的开发工具weblogic Portal 8.1,对Portal基本原理及特点、优点进行讨论。Portal is a powerful solution for designing and developing government website. This article introduces the founction design, framework of the MLR＇ s website, and the deployment of these portlets on BEA WebLogic Portal 8. 1. It illustrates the creation of website using BEA WebLogic Workshop 8. 1, and share the experiences on how easy to make a powerful website by using the portal tools.
