摘　　要：目的:探讨护理指导对高血压病防治效果的影响。方法:为315例高血压病患者建立健康档案管理,定期随访,实施多种形式的护理健康指导措施,半年后比较护理指导前后患者的生活方式和血压的改善情况。结果:经过半年的护理指导,315例高血压病患者生活方式得到了明显改善,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理指导是高血压病患者取得良好防治效果的重要措施。Objective： To discuss the effect of nursing instruction on the effective outcome of treatment and prevention of hypertension. Methods： The medical records of 315 patients with hypertension were kept and case follow-up was made regularly, and various health instructions were conducted. The life style and improvement of health conditions of patients were compared after half years＇instruction. Results： The life style and health conditions of patients were markedly changed and improved. The significant difference （P 〈0. 01） was found in the comparison. Conclusion： The nursing instruction plays an effective role in the treatment and prevention of hypertension.
