摘　　要：目的:探讨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨中下段骨折的护理方法。方法:对60例患者进行术前心理护理、术中密切配合、术后加强护理,加强功能锻炼。结果:本组均临床愈合,达到预期目的。结论:根据患者的不同情况选择适当的护理方法,对手术的成功和患者的康复有重要意义。Objective： To summarize the experience of nursing care in the treatment of fracture of tibial shaft treated with interlocking nail. Methods： Psycho -nursing, close cooperation in operation, strengthened postoperative rimming care and dirigation were comprehensively adopted in the treatment of 60 patients with tibial shaft treated with interlocking nail. Results ： All patients recovered and the effective outcome was satisfactory as expected. Conclusion ： Suitable choices of nursing approaches, according to the patient＇s conditions, are of importance in ensuring the success of operation and recovery of function.
