摘　　要：本文对全路货车管理系统在全路车辆部门推行的开通条件、实施组织、实施流程和控制实施质量等方面问题作了阐述。In this paper,the opening condition,implementation and organiza- tion,implementing flow route,control of implementing quality and other aspects of the whole railway freight car management information system to be promoted in the whole railway rolling stock departments are described.
