摘　　要：阐述帮助型犯罪的概念、构成特征、停止形态等问题,并探讨了帮助型犯罪的立法和司法意义及合理性。This paper is concerned with the fundamental theory of the aiding type crime and makes a research on several points related to the aiding type crime,such as the concept,the constitution and the suspended situation. Meanwhile it discusses the legislative purpose and judicial significance as well as the reasonableness of the aiding type crime.
