摘　　要：现代通讯技术和信息网络技术在现代商业银行的广泛应用,使银行信息化水平得到了空前的发展。分析信息化对现代商业银行管理的影响,指出信息技术改变了现代商业银行的管理理念、模式、方法、流程,扩大了银行的管理边界,充分利用信息技术提高银行管理水平,使信息化投入与管理相匹配,实现银行管理现代化。This paper is to analyse the impact of information technology over modern commercial bank＇ s realization of scale economy ; Pointing out ： the modem communication technology and information network has been more and move applied in the operation of modem commercial bank system ,enabling the level of information technology to be pushed to an unprecealented space. This has profoundly changed the management notion, model, method and procedure, broadening the managing boundary of bank. To morefully use the information technology in order to improve the management level,making it to be compatibie with bank management, to realize the mordemization of bank management.
