摘 要:采用单因素饲养试验设计,以确定眼斑拟石首鱼全程饲养过程各阶段的适宜蛋白含量。试验鱼放养在1.5m×1.5 m×2.5 m的浮式海水网箱中,用饲料蛋白含量分别为32.4%(1组)、38.3%(2组)、43.7%(3组)、49.0%(4组)、51.3%(5组)、53.5%(6组)的6种配合饲料,以鲜杂鱼作为对照组饲料(7组),连续饲喂幼鱼、小鱼、成鱼等不同阶段的眼斑拟石首鱼.每阶段试验时间为2个月,进行全程为期6个月的饲养试验,结果表明:饲料中蛋白质含量过低或过高均使眼斑拟石首鱼的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率降低,饲料系数增大,过低的蛋白含量还降低鱼体肥满度。综合生物学评价显示:幼鱼、小鱼、成鱼3阶段养殖效果最好的试验组分别是4、3、2组。通过抛物线回归推算幼鱼、小鱼、成鱼阶段饲料最适蛋白含量分别是48.7%、44.0%、39.8%。鲜活饲料组的各项试验指标均不如试验最优组的试验指标。A single factor feeding trial was made to determine the optimal dietary protein levels of red drum Sciaenops ocelletus at different stages. Red drum were cultured in the floating net-cage (1.5 m× 1.5 m×2.5 m), 6 test groups were established with different protein levels, and six kinds of formulated feed containing protein 32.4% (group 1), 38.3% ( group 2), 43, 7% (group 3), 49.0% (group 4), 51.3% (group 5) and 53.5% (group 6) were fed respectively. The group fed with trash fish as control (group 7) . Experiment was divided to the juvenile, the sub -adult and the adult stages. The each stage of experiments stood for two months. Whole cultured process lasted for six months. The results showed that red drum fed with dietaries of higher or lower protein levels could reduce weight growth ratio (GR), special growth ratio (SGR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and increase feed conversion ratio (FCR). The lower dietary protein levels could decrease coefficient of fatness of red drum. Based on the integrated biological evaluation, the best results of test group were 4, 3 and 2 at the juvenile, the sub-aduh and the adult respectively. The regression analysis showed the optimal dietary protein levels for red drum at different stages were 48.7%, 44.0N, 39, 8N respectively.
