摘 要:对9个杂交组合苦瓜果实膨大过程的观测考查,苦瓜的膨大规律基本上呈三个阶段,第一阶段在花后8 d左右,为果重、果长和果径增长的缓慢期;第二阶段在花后8~20 d,为果重、果长和果径的快速膨大期;第三阶段在花后20~25 d,为果实外观基本定型、转色和内容物的充实阶段。苦瓜肉的干物质比率在果实快速膨大过程中呈线性下降,含水量逐渐增加.而瓜瓤和种子的干物质比率却逐渐增加,尤以种子增加迅速,表现出果实发育应有的生理特性。Through observing the expanding course of nine hybrid balsam pear varieties, the balsam pears expanding regular had three periods ; The first expanding period was about 8 days after flowering. It was a slow growing period of fruits weight, length and diameter. The second expanding period was 8-20 days after flowering. It was a quick expanding period of weight, length and diameter. The third expanding period was 20-25 days after flowering. It was a shape fixing, colour turning and substance-filling period. The rate of dry materials of balsam pears flesh show a line decline following with the fast expanding of fruits. The moisture content increased gradually. But the rate of dry materials of pulp and seeds increased gradually, especially seeds materials increased fast. It indicated the physiological characteristics of the fruits during its development.
