摘　　要：近年来,以环境保护为核心的绿色金融已成为一种趋势,其本质在于正确处理金融业与可持续发展的关系。国外有关绿色金融的研究和实践都有了大量的成果,而国内,无论是理论研究还是业内实践都未对绿色金融问题引起足够的重视。本文就绿色金融本质、国内外研究和实践状况及发展趋势进行了初步探讨。In recent years, green finance tends to take environmental protection as the core, whose essence lies in how to correctly deal with the relation between financial industry and sustainable development. The overseas researches and practices related grccn finance have made massive achievements and caused the changes in financial values and invastmcnt theories. As far as China is concerned, since environmental protection and the sustainable development are basic national policies, environment investing and financing has also attracted more attention from the whole society. However, enough attention is not paid to the green finance by both theoretical researches and practices. This paper has carried on the preliminary discussion on the essence of green finance, domestic and foreign researches and practical conditions and its developing tendency.
