摘　　要：Two new iridoids （1 and 2） were isolated from the roots of Patrinia rupestris （Pail.） Juss. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited strong antibacterial activities against Eschecichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively.Two new iridoids （1 and 2） were isolated from the roots of Patrinia rupestris （Pail.） Juss.
