消炎止血胶囊治疗宫内节育器致子宫异常出血的机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消炎止血胶囊治疗宫内节育器(IUD)所致子宫异常出血的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只:①蒸馏水对照组;②消炎痛对照组;③止血芳酸对照组;④小剂量消炎止血胶囊组;⑤大剂量消炎止血胶囊组,连续用药10d后抽血测定各组6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、内皮素(ET)水平及凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果与蒸馏水对照组比较,消炎止血胶囊组:①血浆6-Keto-PGF1a水平显著降低(P<0.01),而TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a比值则明显升高(P<0.05);②血浆D-Dimer水平显著降低(P<0.05);③大剂量组血浆ET值显著升高(P<0.002)。结论消炎止血胶囊可以通过调整前列腺素的合成、对抗IUD所致纤溶亢进及促进ET的合成而达到治疗作用。Objective To study the mechanism of action of xiaoyanzhixue capsule in treating menorrhajia caused by intrauterine devices （IUDS）. Methods Rats were divided into five groups at random,and were treated differently with distilled water （control group）,indomethacinum,acidum paraaminomethylbenzoicam,xiaoyanzhix-e capsule and higher dose of xiaoyanzhixue capsule for ten days.Then the concentrations of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α,D- Dime,endothelin （ET）and the plasma prothrombin time （PT） were detectded. Results Compared with the rats of control guoup,after treatment with xiaoyanzhixue capsule,we found that①the level of 6-Keto-PGF1α decreased obviously （P〈0.01） ,but the ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α, increased abviously （P〈0.05）. ②the level of D-Dimer decreased significantly （P〈0.05）.③the level of ET increased significantly （P〈0.002）. Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of xiaoyanzhixue capsule in metrorrhagia caused by IUD concludes three aspects; ①Regnlate the ratio of TXA2/PGI2. ②Decrease the concents of D-Dimer in plasma. ③Stimulate the biosynthesis of ET.
