摘 要:侦察预警系统对空中目标的探测能力,是评价防空武器系统作战效能的一项重要的综合性能指标。不同的系统探测能力存在优劣之分,应对其进行客观评价,针对这一需求,建立了联合防空侦察预警系统探测能力模型。该模型提出了一种采用性能比加权求和法计算发现概率的改进算法,引入探测能力与隐蔽能力比,计算了空天预警子系统的发现概率。并结合实例,分析和计算了联合防空作战条件下预警系统对各种不同目标的探测能力,以定量的形式为侦察预警系统建设提供可信的依据。The detecting ability of an early warning system against air target is an important overall performance index for evaluating the operational effectiveness of the air-defense weapon system. Different systems have different datecting abilities. A model of the early-warning system's detecting ability for joint air-defense operations is constructed to evaluate them objectively. With this model an improved arithmetic based on the method of capability ratio weighted summation is presented, the ratio of detecting ability to concealment ability is derived and the detection probability of the space early-warning subsystem is worked out. The detecting abilities of the early-warning system against different targets in the condition of joint air-defense operations are analyzed and calculated via an example, thus a basis for establishing the early-warning system in a quantitative manner is provided.
