摘　　要：从分析窃电现象出现的必然性入手,通过对常见窃电方法和手段的详细分析,阐述并总结出了主要反窃电技术和手段。After points out the phenomenon appears inevitability that stealing the electricity, this paper analyzes common ways and means of stealing the ehetrieity, and expatiates on and summarizes prevention stealing the electricity by means and technology.
