摘　　要：在统计分析河南省煤矿安全事故状况基础上,针对全省煤炭企业的开采条件和机械化水平、职工素质、安全投入状况、安全管理等方面作了调查研究,结果表明,河南省煤矿整体技术装备水平较低、安全投入严重不足、工人素质较差、管理存在明显缺陷等,正是这些因素成为影响全省煤矿安全生产的主要因素。The paper statistically analyzed the safety and accident situation in Henan coal mines. Base on the analysis, the paper investigated and studied the coal mining conditions, mechanization level, staff qualification, safety investment and safety management of the coal enterprises in Henan Province. The results showed that the technology and equipment level from the whole level the coal mines in Henan Province is low, the safety investment is not sufficient seriously, the miners＇ qualification is poor and the management has problems, which are the main factors affected to the mine safety production in Henan Province.
