科技型企业家人力资本与企业成长性研究

摘　　要：以中国民营科技上市公司的资料数据为基础,通过实证研究来剖析企业家人力资本与民营科技企业成长的相关关系。结果显示,企业家年龄与公司成长呈现负相关关系;企业家任期的年限,管理经验和社会网络关系与公司成长呈现显著的正相关关系;企业家所学专业为经济、管理类以及在工作经历中积累的技术专业经验与企业成长存在微弱的正相关关系;企业家团队规模与公司成长之间存在显著的二次曲线关系;企业家的学历,曾经所学的专业为理、工专业,企业家来自高校的项目经验以及企业家声誉与公司成长未呈现任何相关关系。This paper investigates the relationship between the entrepreneur human capital and the growth of private scientific and technological enterprises. The econometric estimates confirm that it is negative relationship between entrepreneur＇s age and enterprise growth. In addition, entrepreneur＇s term of their social networks are found to have a remarkable positive impact on firm agement knowledge that entrepreneurs studied in universities and professional positive correlation to enterprise growth. Finally, the results show that the growth has remarkable conic section relations. office and their management experiences and growth.
