摘  要:随着通信市场发展,各服务提供商之间竞争日益激烈。除语音之外的数据业务已经成为各服务提供商之间竞争的焦点。多媒体信息服务,也称为彩信服务成为最有竞争力的增值业务之一。它最大特色就是支持多媒体功能,能够传递功能全面的信息。阐述了彩信开发所涉及的各种机制以及关键技术,对彩信递送报告进行了测试,并分析了相关的数据,为彩信开发提供了参考。With the development of communication market, there is more fierce competition among service providers. Besides voice service, data service has turned into the focus of competition among service providers. Multimedia messaging service (MMS) is one of the most competitive value-added services in the communication market. The best feature of MMS is that the multimedia function is supported and overall information could be transmitted in the MMS. Kinds of mechanisms and key technologies about MMS application were introduced in detail. The delivery report in the MMS was tested and the related data was analyzed, so a reference for the development of MMS was provided.
