摘　　要：报告了由于玻璃纤维行业中池窑拉丝技术不断发展使得球法拉丝厂压力不断增加的现状。通过对状况的分析,在玻璃球的新标准条件下,对目前玻璃球的生产技术提出了制备优质配合料,采用复合澄清剂,鼓泡技术,电助熔技术和DCS自控系统来提高玻璃球的生产水平。In glass fiber industry, glass fiber producers using marble-melt process bear more and more pressure due to the continuous development of direct-melt process technology. Based on the analysis of this situation and with reference to the new standard for glass marbles, this paper proposes to enhance the marble production technology by such means as preparing high quality glass batch, using composite refining agent and employing bubbling, electric boosting and DCS auto control systems.
