摘 要:对国产DCS在引进的600t/d垃圾焚烧炉控制中的控制方案包括炉膛温度控制、负荷控制、一二次风加热器控制、排烟温度控制等进行了介绍。控制方案充分考虑了垃圾焚烧炉的工艺特点与操作特性,为国产DCS在垃圾焚烧控制系统中的应用积累了经验。Application of homemade distributed control system(DCS) in control of imported 600 t/d municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator, as well as allocation and functions of the hardwares, control scheme of MSW incinerator, including control of temperature in the furnace, control of load, control of primary and secondary air heater, and control of exhaust gas temperature etc., have been presented, the technological features and operating behavior of MSW incinerator being fully considered in the control scheme, providing reliable guarantee for safe and stable operation of the MSW incinerator, at the same time, accumulating valuable experiences for applying home made DCS in control system of incinerator.
