摘 要:提出了基于灵敏度的符合发电市场运行规则的阻塞管理模型。通过引入松弛变量,同时考虑了机组分段报价的特点,将原模型精确地转换成线性规划模型。依据该算法所开发的应用软件可以最大限度地消除过载,在此基础上可根据需要给出以机组相对调整量最小或购电费用增量最小为目标的机组出力调整措施。在浙江省发电侧电力市场中的实际应用表明,该算法计算速度快, 结果合理、符合系统实际。In order to alleviate the congestion caused by the allocated generators and to keep it economic at the same time, a congestion management algorithm based on sensitivity calculation is developed. Utilizing slack variable and considering the character of generators' bid price/quantity bands according to the bidding rules, the original nonlinear model is converted to linear model accurately. The overloading of the grid can be alleviated furthest by the application software developed by the algorithm. The application can also minimize the object of the generators' adjustment or the increment of cost that is determined by the market system operator. This algorithm has been implemented in the power market of Zhejiang Province, China, and the test results show that the built models can meet the demand of the practical system and possesses good calculating performance.
