摘  要:为解决目前存在的供水管网严重老化、漏损率高、局部地区供水压力低、供水安全性差等问题,长春市进行了供水管网改造。改造工程以供水管网“区块化”为指导思想,以运行50年以上的管网为改造重点,借鉴国内外的供水管网改造的成功经验,使改造后的供水管网不仅能够满足长春市的现状需求,而且能够保证远期发展需要。Reconstruction of water supply pipe network in Changchun was carried out in order to solve the issues in the existing network such as pipe ageing, high leakage rate, low pressure of water supply in local area, and poor safety of water supply. The water supply pipe network shall be constructed under the guiding idea of "block" network which has been running for more than fifty years. With help of the successful experiences with water supply pipe network at home and abroad, the pipe network after reconstruction can not only meet the present demand in the city, but also give assurance to the future development demand.
