电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果

摘　　要：目的 评价电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 下肢静脉曲张病人38例，随机分为两组：研究组20例，采用电凝法治疗；对照组18例，采用传统方法（高位结扎＋大隐静脉剥脱术）治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后开始下床活动时间、住院时间。结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均小于对照组，差异有显著性（t=2．78-21，48，P〈0.01）。结论 电凝法治疗下肢静脉曲张效果优于传统疗法，值得推广。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of electrocoagulation on varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods Thirty-eight patients with the disease were randomly divided into two groups： research group （20 cases） and control group （18）. Electrocoagulation was performed for research group and traditional surgery, high ligation and stripping, for the control. The operating time, blood loss during surgery, postoperative out-of-bed activity and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time was shorter, blood loss was less, out-of-bed activity was earlier and hospital stay was fewer than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups （t=2.78-21.48,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The electroeoagulation is more effective than the traditional method for varicose veins of lower extremity. The procedure is highly recommended.
