摘  要:黄河小北干流放淤是治理黄河泥沙的重要战略措施,引水口布置是自流放淤实现淤粗排细的关键措施之一。本文通过弯道水力学理论和原型观测资料分析、概化模型试验等多种手段,从多引沙、多引粗沙的角度,认为引洪放淤闸应布置在弯道段弯顶附近上游,确定了黄河小北干流连伯滩放淤试验放淤闸位。综合考虑引沙和防淤堵,合理确定了放淤闸底板高程。该成果已在2004年黄河小北干流放淤原型试验中得到检验,结果表明放淤闸多引沙、多引粗沙效果明显。The desihing project in Xiaobeiganliu reach is an important strategic measure to solve the sediment problems in the Yellow River. The layout of intakes is one of the key measures to achieve the purpose of silting the coarse and desilting the fine sediment. Based on the principle of bend hydraulics, the analyses of prototype observation, and the generalized model tests, the gate for flood diversion and sediment desilting should locate at the upstream close to the top of the bend in order to divert more sediment, especially more coame sediment. The 2004' s prototype desilting experiment in Lianbetan section of Xiaobeiganliu reach indicated that the effect of diverting more sediment and more coarse sediment by the reasonable layout of intakes and gates is notable.
