肾复宁对肿瘤坏死因子诱导大鼠肾系膜细胞增殖的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨肾复宁提取液干预肿瘤坏死因子诱导后肾小球系膜细胞增殖的作用。方法采用大鼠肾小球系膜细胞培养进行体外研究,用肿瘤坏死因子(TN F-α)刺激系膜细胞增殖,再加入不同浓度肾复宁提取液对细胞进行干预,用M TT法测定细胞增殖,流式细胞仪分析细胞周期。结果加入肾复宁提取液后,系膜细胞的增殖程度受到显著抑制(P<0.05),流式细胞仪DNA图示S期细胞数显著减少(P<0.05)。结论肾复宁提取液对肿瘤坏死因子诱导后肾小球系膜细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,从而为临床应用治疗慢性肾脏病提供实验依据。Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfuning on preventing glomerular mesangial cells＇ proliferation. So as to provide experimental evidence for using Shenfuning to cure chronic kidney disease. Method Glomerular mesangial cells were cultured, TNF-α was used as a stimulation to make the cells proliferate. Then Shenfuning was incubated together at different doses. Cell vitality was evaluated and qualified by MTT. Cell period was analysed by Flow CytoMeter（FCM）. Results Glomerular mesangial cells＇ proliferation were inhibited（P〈0.05）, the DNA diagram of Flow CytoMeter showed that the cell quantity in stage ＂S＂ was reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sherffuning is able to regulate glomerular mesangial cells＇ proliferation.
